Everything you need to know before starting your renovation project with us
Simply contact us by email at metronix@op.pl with a brief description of your project - the type of property, the scope of work you have in mind, and your location. We will arrange an on-site visit to assess the space and prepare a detailed, itemised quote at no charge.
Yes. We carry out renovations in private apartments and houses as well as commercial offices and business premises. Our approach adapts to the specific requirements of each type of project - whether that means working around occupants in a home or completing office work within a tight weekend window to avoid disrupting your team.
Our primary base of operations is Lodz and the surrounding region in central Poland. If you have a project outside this area, contact us and we will let you know whether we can accommodate it.
Our quotes are detailed and itemised. Once agreed and signed as part of the project contract, the price is fixed for the agreed scope of work. If you request additional work beyond the original scope during the project, any cost changes are discussed and agreed in writing before proceeding - there are no surprises.
Payment terms are set out in the individual project agreement. Typically, an initial advance is required before work begins to cover materials, with the remaining balance settled at key milestones or upon project completion. The exact schedule is agreed with each client before any work starts.
Yes, all renovation work is carried out under a written agreement that clearly sets out the scope of work, materials, timeline, and pricing. We do not begin any project without a signed contract in place. This protects both parties and ensures clarity throughout the process.
Timelines vary depending on the size and complexity of the project. A single-room renovation may take one to two weeks, while a full apartment or office fit-out can take several weeks to a few months. We provide a clear timeline estimate in the quote and commit to agreed deadlines. You will be kept informed throughout the project.
Each project has a dedicated site supervisor responsible for coordinating the crew, managing materials, maintaining quality standards, and communicating progress to the client. You will have a direct point of contact throughout the renovation.
You do not need to be present during the works. Many clients hand over access and follow progress remotely - we provide regular updates and can share photos or videos of key stages. At handover, we walk through the finished work together to ensure everything meets your expectations.
Changes to the agreed scope can be accommodated in most cases. Any modification is reviewed together with the client - if it affects the cost or timeline, we prepare a written change order before proceeding. We aim to be flexible while keeping the project on track.
We source construction and finishing materials from trusted Polish and European suppliers. All materials used comply with applicable Polish building standards. If you have a preference for a specific brand, product, or finish, we can accommodate this - simply let us know during the planning stage.
Yes. All completed works carry a warranty period as specified in the project agreement, in accordance with Polish civil law. If any defects arise from workmanship within the warranty period, we will return to rectify them at no additional charge.
Yes. Removal of construction debris and a thorough post-work clean-up are included as part of every project. We hand over a clean, finished space - ready for use.
